We are one of the oldest and most active Feldenkrais training and somatic education organizations in the world. We have organized hundreds of seminars and workshops and are the leading school for the post-graduate training of Feldenkrais Practitioners. Feldenkrais Resources was founded in 1983 by David Zemach-Bersin and Elizabeth Beringer. In 1993 Carol Kress became a partner. In 1994 we established the Feldenkrais Resources Center in Berkeley, which is the focus and center for all our US activities.
Feldenkrais Resources is also the exclusive publisher of Dr. Feldenkrais’ extensive audio/visual programs and distributor of books by the world’s leading Feldenkrais Practitioners.

Visionary Craniosacral Work ™ is a soothing, noninvasive, hands-on therapy. The craniosacral system includes the brain, the cerebrospinal fluid, the system of membranes inside the cranium, all 22 cranial bones, the spine and the sacrum.
What the Navajo call ‘the wind’s child,’ Genesis calls ‘the breath of life.’ It is a silent force, a field of chi, which blows through the craniosacral system, animates it, and infuses it with information and intelligence.

Tian Gong is a profound method of Qi Gong energy work, which goes beyond gentle exercises for health and well-being. Our goal is to help you integrate your body, mind & soul through meditation, gentle movement, sound healing, Taoist alchemy & spiritual wisdom from both the Eastern & Western cultures.
Tian Gong came to the Western world when Da Shi emigrated to the United States in 1994. In America, he founded both Tian Gong International Association (TIA) and Tian Gong International Foundation (TGIF), a non-profit educational institution. Today, TGIF offers workshops throughout Northern California and is supported by a volunteer team of Certified Instructors and Local Coordinators.
